Lesley Plus Extrication Gloves – High-Visibility, Cut-Resistant, EN 388 & EN 407 Certified

The Lesley Plus extrication gloves (Order No. 6510) are built for rescue professionals who need high visibility, serious cut protection, and excellent dexterity in harsh, debris-heavy environments. With a bright lime green back, Kevlar®-reinforced palm, debris-blocking cuff, and cut protection level 5 in the palm, these gloves deliver strong protection without sacrificing feel or control.

Lesley Plus gloves are engineered for operations around broken glass, sharp metal, and hot surfaces where grip, protection, and tactile feedback all matter. The 3D anatomical cut, fourchettes between the fingers, and advanced stitching techniques create a natural, close fit that supports:

Outer Shell: Durable, Abrasion-Resistant Grip

Palm – Synthetic Leather
The palm is made from sensitive, strong, abrasion-resistant synthetic leather designed for tough extrication work.

Back – Elastic Textile (Lime Green)
The back of the glove uses a breathable, elastic textile that is permeable and comfortable while maintaining high visibility.

Reinforcements for Impact & Secure Control

Lesley Plus extrication gloves feature multiple reinforced zones to protect key impact and wear areas:

  • Palm reinforced with DuPont® Kevlar® fiber/PA and foam padding
  • Reflective reinforcement with foam fill to protect knuckles on the back of the hand
  • PA/Kevlar® reinforcements with foam filling and synthetic leather on the back to protect knuckles, palm, and the area between thumb and index finger
  • Anti-slip reinforcements on fingertips for excellent grip on tools, levers, and equipment

These reinforcements help extend glove life and maintain reliable performance in repeated heavy use.

Cut Protection & Heat Resistance

Inside the palm, a para-aramid/PES/fiberglass (Kevlar® with fiberglass) knitted lining delivers increased cut resistance while staying stitched at the fingertips to prevent pullouts.

Mechanical Risks – EN 388:2016+A1:2018 (Palm):

  • Abrasion resistance: Level 4
  • Cut resistance (coup test): Level 5
  • Tear resistance: Level 4
  • Puncture resistance: Level 4
  • Cut resistance (TDM-100): Level D
  • Impact protection: P (Pass) on the back of the hand

Contact Heat – EN 407:2020:

  • Contact heat: Level 2 – withstanding contact temperatures of 250°C (482°F) for at least 15 seconds without significant heat transfer to the inside of the glove

Debris-Blocking Cuff & Wrist Protection

The cuff system is designed to keep debris out while maintaining comfort and mobility:

  • Debris cuff lined with elastic to stop ingress of dirt, glass, and particles
  • Elastic wristband and cuff structure help seal around the wrist while still allowing easy donning and removal

Lesley Plus extrication gloves are built around an anatomical pattern that supports natural hand movement:

  • 3D style glove with fourchettes between fingers for improved flexibility and dexterity
  • Advanced stitching techniques keep the lining in place and prevent twisting or pullouts
  • Lining stitched at fingertips so it stays permanently attached and does not pull out
  • Breathable construction for better comfort, sensitivity, and flexibility

This combination makes the glove feel less bulky while still providing high-level protection in the palm and back of hand.

Care & Maintenance

To preserve protection performance and comfort:

  • Machine wash up to 104°F (40°C)
  • Use mild detergent only
  • Do not use bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Hang dry

Proper care helps maintain the integrity of the outer shell, reinforcements, and protective lining over time.
