The Safety MD-Transporter System® is engineered to secure critical medical devices directly on Stryker® stretchers during air and ground EMS and Critical Care Transport. With 360° rotational access, high-strength materials, and certified crash-test compliance, this mounting system keeps equipment locked in place, easy to access, and better protected so crews can stay focused on patient care.

The Safety MD Transporter System is designed for high-acuity patient transport in EMS, hospital, and military environments. By securing medical devices at stretcher level instead of on shelves or loose surfaces, it helps reduce the risk of equipment shifting, falling, or becoming a dangerous projectile during hard braking, turbulence, or impact. It also provides an additional installation option inside emergency vehicles, maximizing usable workspace in the ambulance or aircraft.

With full 360° rotational access, the Safety MD-Transporter System® allows providers to position the device exactly where they need it during care:

Flexible Integration with Stryker® Stretchers

The Safety MD-Transporter System® is purpose-built to work with leading Stryker® stretcher and cot models, including:

  • Models 6085, 6086, 6500, 6505

It installs on either the left or right side of the stretcher/cot, giving agencies the flexibility to configure layouts according to their protocols. Both IV poles can remain installed on the stretcher, helping maintain full functionality without compromising mounting space.

Certified Safety & Durable Construction

Built from high-density Aluminum 6061-T6 and Stainless Steel 304 with a silver-anodized finish, the Safety MD-Transporter System® is made to withstand daily EMS abuse and harsh environmental conditions. It is:

  • Tested in compliance with SAE J3043 (26 G) for secure transport of medical devices
  • Designed to operate from -35° C to 45° C
  • Compliant with RoHS 3 environmental regulations

The system uses red Quick Release Mechanisms and lateral blockers to secure the device bracket on the main assembly, allowing crews to quickly insert or remove the device while keeping it locked in during movement.
