Life Line ECMO / Critical Care Custom Vehicle
Description
An individually engineered specialty vehicle
Life Line’s published ECMO example is a custom project developed with the University of Minnesota’s Center for Resuscitation Medicine and 94 Services. It illustrates the scope of a specialty build; it is not a standard package or a promise of clinical performance.
Capabilities illustrated by the reference project
- Custom 330-inch module with 87-inch headroom.
- Primary and backup generation, plus an uninterruptible power supply.
- Multiple HVAC systems and additional chassis-driven air conditioning.
- Custom rear patient lift.
- Provisions for telemedicine, imaging and ultrasound equipment.
- Oxygen and medical-air storage systems.
- Sink, fresh-water tank and custom lighting.
These are features of the manufacturer’s reference vehicle. Dimensions, utilities, equipment integration and availability for a new project require engineering review and a separate quotation.
