These Flash Sale Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in and purchases made during promotional sales offered by Hunter Apparatus Fire-Rescue-EMS (“Hunter Apparatus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing products included in the Flash Sale, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Flash Sale Discount

The Flash Sale promotion reflects approximately 26% off the standard retail pricing of eligible products.

All sale prices are displayed directly on the website and represent the final discounted purchase price available to customers during the promotional period. The displayed sale price is the actual purchase price and no additional discount will be applied at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligible Products

The Flash Sale applies only to:

  • The specific product SKU(s) identified as part of the Flash Sale;
  • The specific inventory quantities allocated to the Flash Sale;
  • The sale prices displayed on the applicable product pages.

The Flash Sale does not apply to:

  • Products not specifically identified as part of the promotion;
  • Similar, related, replacement, upgraded, or alternative products;
  • Future purchases;
  • Backordered items;
  • Custom orders;
  • Previously purchased merchandise.

Once the designated inventory quantity for a Flash Sale item is exhausted, the promotional pricing may no longer be available.

3. Pricing and Availability

All pricing, inventory levels, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate any Flash Sale promotion at any time;
  • Correct pricing, typographical, photographic, or technical errors;
  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, system malfunctions, or other inaccuracies.

In the event an order is canceled due to an error, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. All Sales Final

ALL FLASH SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • No returns;
  • No refunds;
  • No exchanges;
  • No store credit;
  • No price adjustments;
  • No rain checks.

Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications, sizing, compatibility, and suitability before placing an order.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

If a customer receives:

  • The wrong product; or
  • A product damaged during shipment,

the customer must notify Hunter Apparatus within five (5) calendar days of delivery.

Hunter Apparatus may require photographs, documentation, and inspection of the product before determining an appropriate resolution.

Manufacturer warranties, if any, remain subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer.

6. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Hunter Apparatus reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Inventory shortages;
  • Suspected fraud;
  • Pricing errors;
  • Abuse of promotional offers;
  • Violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunter Apparatus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Flash Sale, products purchased, or participation in the promotion.

Our total liability relating to any Flash Sale purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Flash Sale, or any purchase shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Florida, and customers consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
